Karpathos FM will transmit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the main tourist-season (from the beginning of june untill the end of september).
The format of the station is Adult Contempary with music from Greece and the home countries of our tourists and all kind of information on what is going on on Karpathos.
Its main funding will come from commercial messages for the tourist-businesses on the Island.
Musical content of the Programme
00:00-05:00 Non stop Music for (young) party-ers
05:00-22:00 Adult contemporary Music, a mix of goldies, current european hits and greek pop.
22:00-00:00 Non stop Music for (young) party-ers
The informational content of the programmes of Karpathos FM is mainly touristic and cultural. This information will be provided in different languages, Englisch, German, Dutch.
Karpathos FM will be the mouth of the Karpathos Tourist Board.

Kom al jaren op Karpathos en vind het heerlijk zo toch een beetje bij te blijven. Gister hoorde ik voor het eerst de gemeenteraadsvergadering ipv muziek. Gelukkig later weer alles als vanouds. Hoop dat de zender binnenkort reisjes gaat verloten naar Karpathos... Ook leuk om via Facebook te volgen!
